Wi-Fi wireless connection requires no cable — flexible and convenient. Just make sure your iPhone and PC are on the same local network for automatic discovery. 5GHz Wi-Fi is recommended for lower latency and higher quality.

连接步骤Connection Steps

  1. 确保 iPhone 和电脑连接到 同一个 Wi-Fi 网络。推荐使用 5GHz 频段。Ensure your iPhone and PC are on the same Wi-Fi network. 5GHz band is recommended.
  2. 在 iPhone 上打开 都玩相机 App。Open the DouWan Camera App on your iPhone.
  3. 在电脑端打开 都玩相机 客户端，都玩相机 客户端会自动搜索和连接同一网络下的手机。Open the DouWan Camera desktop client on your PC. It will automatically search for and connect to phones on the same network.
  4. 连接成功后，iPhone 摄像头画面将实时传输到电脑。Once connected, the iPhone camera feed will stream to your PC in real-time.
  5. 在电脑端的 微信、直播伴侣、小红书直播助手、OBS、快手直播伴侣、腾讯会议等软件中选择 DouWan Media Camera 作为摄像头即可使用。In any app on your PC such as Zoom, OBS, Teams, Twitch, Google Chrome, Line, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or other video software, select DouWan Media Camera as your webcam.

请确保 Windows 防火墙已允许都玩相机通过。首次运行时系统通常会弹出防火墙提示，请点击"允许访问"。如果误点了"取消"，请参考 网络相关问题 手动添加。 Make sure Windows Firewall allows DouWan Camera. On first launch, the system usually prompts — click "Allow access". If you accidentally clicked "Cancel", see Network Issues to add it manually.

无法发现设备？Can't discover devices?

  • 检查 iPhone 和电脑是否在同一个 Wi-Fi 网络（iPhone 不能使用蜂窝数据）。Check that iPhone and PC are on the same Wi-Fi (iPhone must not be on cellular data).
  • iOS 权限：在 iPhone "设置 → 都玩相机" 中确认已开启"本地网络"权限。iOS Permission: On iPhone, go to Settings → DouWan Camera and enable "Local Network" access.
  • 关闭电脑上的 VPN、代理软件（它们会干扰局域网设备发现）。Disable VPN/proxy on your PC (they interfere with local device discovery).
  • 检查路由器是否开启了 AP 隔离，如已开启请关闭。Check if AP isolation is enabled on your router — disable it if so.
  • 推荐使用 5GHz Wi-Fi，信号更稳定，延迟更低。Use 5GHz Wi-Fi for more stable signal and lower latency.

如果自动发现失败，可以在电脑都玩相机客户端中手动输入手机的 IP 地址进行连接。手机 App 的主界面会显示当前 IP 地址。 If auto-discovery fails, you can manually enter the phone's IP address in the DouWan Camera desktop client to connect. The phone App's main screen displays the current IP address.

USB wired connection provides the lowest latency and most stable video transmission — ideal for streaming and professional recording. Just connect with your iPhone's charging cable.

If you see "libusb-win32 devices - iPhone (Composite Parent)" in Windows "Device Manager", right-click the device, select "Uninstall device", check "Delete the driver software for this device", and click "Uninstall".
2. If "DouWan" software is already running on your PC, it is recommended to use "DouWan Camera" via wireless connection instead.

  1. 使用 Lightning 或 USB-C 数据线将 iPhone 连接到电脑。Connect your iPhone to the PC using a Lightning or USB-C cable.
  2. iPhone 上弹出"信任此电脑？"提示时，点击 "信任" 并输入锁屏密码。When prompted "Trust This Computer?" on your iPhone, tap "Trust" and enter your passcode.
  3. 在 iPhone 上打开 都玩相机 App，在电脑端打开 都玩相机 客户端，它会自动识别已连接的 iPhone。Open the DouWan Camera App on your iPhone, then open the DouWan Camera desktop client on your PC — it will automatically detect the connected iPhone.
  4. 连接成功后，iPhone 摄像头画面将实时传输到电脑，在 微信、直播伴侣、小红书直播助手、OBS、快手直播伴侣、腾讯会议等软件中选择 DouWan Media Camera 即可使用 iPhone 摄像头。Once connected, the iPhone camera feed will stream to your PC in real-time. 连接数据线后电脑没有反应？PC doesn't respond after plugging in?
请尝试更换数据线或 USB 接口。部分充电线不支持数据传输，建议使用 iPhone 原装数据线。同时需要确认电脑已安装 iTunes 或 Apple 驱动（参见驱动相关问题）。 Try a different cable or USB port. Some charging cables don't support data transfer — use the original iPhone cable. Also check that iTunes or Apple drivers are installed (see Driver Issues).
iPhone 没有弹出"信任此电脑"？iPhone doesn't show "Trust This Computer"?
请在 iPhone 上前往 "设置 → 通用 → 传输或还原 iPhone → 还原 → 还原位置与隐私"，然后重新插拔数据线，系统会再次弹出信任提示。 On your iPhone, go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Location & Privacy, then reconnect the cable. The trust prompt will appear again.
USB 连接后画面模糊或卡顿？Blurry or stuttering video via USB?
建议使用 USB 3.0 或更高版本接口（通常为蓝色接口）。同时在都玩相机设置中检查分辨率设置，确认电脑端开启了 GPU 硬件加速。 Use a USB 3.0 or higher port (usually blue). Check the resolution settings in DouWan Camera and ensure GPU hardware acceleration is enabled on the PC client.

驱动相关问题Driver Issues

都玩相机需要两个关键驱动：Apple 移动设备驱动（用于 USB 连接 iPhone）和虚拟摄像头驱动（用于在其他软件中使用摄像头）。

DouWan Camera requires two key drivers: the Apple Mobile Device driver (for USB iPhone connection) and the virtual camera driver (to use the camera in other apps).

Apple 驱动（iTunes）Apple Driver (iTunes)

iPhone 通过 USB 连接电脑时需要 Apple 驱动支持。安装 iTunes 即可自动获得相关驱动。

iPhones need Apple drivers for USB connection. Installing iTunes automatically provides the necessary drivers.

  • 从 Apple 官网下载安装 iTunes。Download iTunes from the Apple website or Microsoft Store.
  • 安装后在 Windows 设备管理器 → "便携设备" 或 "通用串行总线设备" 下确认有 Apple iPhone。After installation, check Windows Device Manager under "Portable Devices" or "Universal Serial Bus devices" for Apple iPhone.
  • 如果显示黄色感叹号 ⚠️，请右键选择"更新驱动程序"或重装 iTunes。If a yellow warning ⚠️ appears, right-click and select "Update driver" or reinstall iTunes.

摄像头驱动Camera Driver

都玩相机安装时会自动安装摄像头驱动 DouWan Media Camera，使 微信/直播伴侣/小红书直播助手/OBS/快手直播伴侣/腾讯会议等软件可以识别并使用 iPhone 摄像头画面。

DouWan Camera automatically installs the DouWan Media Camera camera driver during setup, allowing Zoom, OBS, Teams, Twitch, and other apps to detect and use the iPhone camera feed.

  • 如果在 微信/直播伴侣/小红书直播助手/OBS/快手直播伴侣/腾讯会议 中找不到 DouWan Media Camera，请以管理员身份重新安装都玩相机。If DouWan Media Camera doesn't appear in Zoom/OBS/Teams/Twitch, reinstall DouWan Camera as Administrator.
  • 部分杀毒软件（360、火绒等）可能拦截驱动安装，请临时关闭后重试。Some antivirus software may block the driver installation — temporarily disable it and retry.
  • 安装完成后需要重启使用摄像头的应用程序（如 微信/直播伴侣/小红书直播助手/OBS/快手直播伴侣/腾讯会议），才能识别新的虚拟摄像头。After installation, restart your camera apps (Zoom, OBS, Teams, Twitch, etc.) for the new virtual camera to be detected.
虚拟摄像头能同时被多个软件使用吗？Can multiple apps use the virtual camera simultaneously?

无线连接模式依赖局域网通信。以下是影响都玩相机 Wi-Fi 连接的常见网络问题及解决方案。

Wireless mode relies on local network communication. Below are common network issues affecting DouWan Camera's Wi-Fi connection and their solutions.

Windows 防火墙设置Windows Firewall Settings

Windows 防火墙可能阻止都玩相机的网络通信。请按以下步骤操作：

Windows Firewall may block DouWan Camera's network communication. Follow these steps:

  1. 按" Win + R " 键 ，输入 " firewall.cpl " ，进入 " Windows Defender 防火墙 "。Press "Win + R", type "firewall.cpl", and open "Windows Defender Firewall".
  2. 点击 "允许应用或功能通过 Windows Defender 防火墙"。Click "Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall".
  3. 找到 "DouWan Camera"，勾选"专用"和"公用"。Find "DouWan Camera", check both "Private" and "Public".

第三方安全软件Third-Party Security Software

  • 360 安全卫士 / 腾讯电脑管家 / 火绒 等可能拦截都玩相机的网络请求。建议临时关闭后测试。Third-party security software may block DouWan Camera’s network requests. Please try temporarily disabling it to test.
  • 确认后请将都玩相机添加到安全软件的白名单/信任区。Once confirmed, add DouWan Camera to the security software's whitelist/trusted zone.

路由器与网络配置Router & Network Settings

路由器开启了 AP 隔离怎么办？Router has AP isolation enabled?
AP 隔离会阻止同一 Wi-Fi 下设备间的通信。请登录路由器管理页面（通常为 192.168.1.1），在无线设置中关闭"AP 隔离"或"客户端隔离"功能。 AP isolation blocks communication between devices on the same Wi-Fi. Log into your router admin page (usually 192.168.1.1) and disable "AP isolation" or "Client isolation" in wireless settings.
iPhone 和电脑不在同一网段？iPhone and PC on different subnets?
如果 iPhone 的 IP 是 192.168.1.x，电脑是 192.168.0.x，说明二者不在同一网段，自动发现会失败。请确保两者连接到同一路由器同一频段，或在 App 中手动输入 IP 地址。 If iPhone's IP is 192.168.1.x and PC is 192.168.0.x, they're on different subnets and auto-discovery will fail. Ensure both connect to the same router on the same band, or manually enter the IP address in the App.
使用 VPN 后无法连接？Can't connect while using VPN?
VPN 会改变网络路由，导致局域网设备发现失败。请在使用都玩相机前关闭 VPN/代理。如必须使用，请选择支持"分流"功能的 VPN，将都玩相机排除在外。 VPN changes network routing, causing local device discovery to fail. Disable VPN/proxy before using DouWan Camera. If VPN is required, use one with split tunneling and exclude DouWan Camera.
公司/学校网络无法使用？Can't use on corporate/school Wi-Fi?
企业和学校网络通常有防火墙和设备隔离策略，阻止局域网内设备互相通信。建议在这种环境下使用 USB 有线连接，无需依赖网络即可正常使用。 Corporate and school networks often have strict firewalls and device isolation policies that block communication between devices on the local network. Use USB wired connection in such environments — it works independently of the network.
